论坛简介：本次论坛系由上海市浦东新区翻译协会主办的“第二届浦东翻译论坛”，同时作为浦东新区翻译协会的双年学术年会，主题为“翻译推进浦东法治化进程国际论坛”（International Forum for Legal Translation and the Rule of Law）。

在本次国际论坛期间，我会理事长陈小雁、副秘书长谈扬、理事张学森博士等专家学者，与来自美国、俄罗斯、日本、墨西哥等国家和地区的业界领袖和专家学者，如美国的Gary D Patterson教授、俄罗斯的the Chief of Commercial Chamber of Russia等，分别发表主旨演讲，围绕法律翻译与我国法治化进程，展开深入细致的探讨。

参加对象：浦东新区政府机关、企事业单位、高等院校及研究机构、翻译公司等机构领导和专家，上海及浦东有关高校外语专业师生，浦东新区翻译协会会员

Brief Introduction: The forum, which is named as the International Forum for Legal Translation and the Rule of Law, will be sponsored by the Pudong Translators Association, as the Second Pudong Translation Forum and the Biyearly Academic Conference of the Association.

During the conference, both experts from the Association like Xiaoyan CHEN (President), Yang TAN (Vice-General Secretary), Xuesen ZHANG (Board Member and Chair of the English Committee, Ph.D. in law), and from the United States, Russia, Japan, Mexico like Professor Gary D Patterson of California State University, the Chief of Commercial Chamber of Russia and others, will do keynote speaking about the legal translation and the rule of law.
